Why you think you were banned: I said the map we were playing was terrible, he told me to stfu and muted me. I retaliated and was banned.

May I also add, that when we were playing Rebel Resistance, when he was killed he would slay me for no reason and would not respond to why. Turns out, he declared "truce" without telling anyone and without anyone agreeing. Also, he was teleporting himself and people he likes to certain spots in the map, abusing admin.

I suspect that when he was teleing people, it was for the surf timer, which nearly every admin does.
Also, you say you retaliated. Thats probably why he did it.
Finally, he probably can only ban for up to an hour, and you're probably already unbanned.

Well.. Appears that Blacky needs attention from now on, I know I will keep an eye on him. Haven't been online from whenever he got (basic)admin.
