    He kept spamming horizon advertisements. Nowlech joined, told him to stop, and proceeded to troll and spam after Nowlech left. Nowlech said the guy had one more chance until banned.

      I was in the server after Charles said some guy was spamming horizon server advertisements, I've had multiple problems with this oats guy. Multiple trolls and I know he's been banned at least 5 times now, I think it's time for this kid to me permanently banned.

      He was advertising horizon servers like 1 week ago and I banned him for 500 minutes. Here is the screenshot

      I've banned this kid a couple of times myself.
