Why you think you were banned: To be honest I have no idea. It was way back when I first started to surf. I wasn't familiar with anything and all I remember was being banned out of nowhere saying "Permanently banned for exploiting". Now that I am an elite donater on OG surf I wanted to play on your servers but now found out I was banned and would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this because I'm positive I did not exploit nor even know how to on a serf server. Any help would be much appreciated.

I can't find that steamid in the banlist.

STEAM_0:0:31166217 confirmed twice. After trying to join I get the error "banned for exploiting server" any help would be great

This ban was probably due to an exploit that occurs when one player is in the server and while they are in the server no one else can join. If you happen to be the only user playing, do not sit in the server for three hours because it most likely means no one else can join.
