LF Combat surf mapper for payment

Hello, i am looking for an experienced mapper who are able to deliver a complex and well looking CSS Combat surf map.
Depending on skill and my satisfaction payment can be between 20-100 euros.

I already got a half finished overview of how the map should work and look.

I require someone who has the skill and know how to do it. I am not looking for someone who is new into mapping (like myself), since i already tried myself but was too much of a struggle.
You must also be able to communicate with decent english skills and have a working microphone with skype or teamspeak3.
Must be able to cooperate over the time it takes to create the map.

As mentioned i want a (combat surf map) and the size is somewhat alike surf_greatriver_xdre4m - probably a bit bigger.
