Cant spawn in ksf servers anymore

Dear KSF

For over a week now i haven't been able to spawn on ksf servers. i type in !respawn or !spawn and it just doesn't work. The only time i can spawn is when the map has just changed. Pls i need some help
sm_spawn doesn't work either.

Try just using respawn without the !

it doesnt work without the ! also . when i write in respawn or !respawn it doesnt show up in chat but im still not spawning ;(
