Admin abuse - Caff

Admin Caff starts a vote to change map to surf_unreal2 twice. No wins the vote twice at which point he says he will kick people voting no. He then kicked me from the server and changed the map to surf_unreal2.

I waited the 1st map for you and your friend to finish playing creation I think it was and then on divided that was randomly voted you both still voted no. sharing is caring sorry if I ruined your gameplay
