Big skip on surf_chaos_fix s2

I think this one should be fixed, I'm not gonna describe how it's done on forums, people might exploit it before fixing and it just gives you more work.
I got -4s on a shitty run on wrcp, in practice mode of course.

It is fixed on CS:S, I probably just forgot to put it into CS:GO. Thanks for telling.
